Tasting notes Nose: sweet, with dried fruits, dates and dried figs. Slight saline notes remind the marine DNA of the distillery. Palate: a soft attack on black pepper, sultanas, cooked apple and figs. Then, lively fruity notes appear, with lime in particular, as well as a salty and smoky touch. Finish: long, slightly smoky, with a maritime feel.
