Returns & Refund Policy

At Decanter Liquor, we are committed to delivering premium spirits in perfect condition. As a rule, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged or not as advertised.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return and refund if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival, or
  • The item differs significantly from the product listed on our website (wrong label, variant, or description).

All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

🚚 Collection & Process

If your return qualifies:

  • We’ll arrange collection at no extra cost to you.
  • After verifying the issue, a refund will only be processed if the product is confirmed to be defective or misrepresented.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Opened or consumed bottles
  • Items that match their advertised description and are not defective
