The Harmony Collection Fine Cacao has been developed in collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca. Inspired by Whisky Maker Polly Logan’s visit to Jordi’s famed chocolate factory and boutique hotel, Casa Cacao in Girona, this exquisite single malt offers a delightful whisky and chocolate pairing experience.. The spiral on the packaging represents the multiple journeys that played a role in this release: the journey of sustainability, the intricate flavour notes of the whisky, and our longstanding partnership with the Roca brothers. The flavour notes of the whisky inspired Jordi Roca and his team at Casa Cacao to create special chocolates for a unique pairing experience.
