Grappa Nonino Distillata

The Italian family Nonino family was first to distill single grape varieties, as opposed to a blend, to make distinguished grappas. They use monovitigno, meaning one grape, from a single vineyard, and specialize in Chardonnay, Merlot, and Moscato, with this edition being Merlot.
