Glenmorangie Signet is one of the most distinctive releases from the esteemed Highland distillery, created under Dr Bill Lumsden. Distilled in the tallest stills in Scotland, which give the spirit its light and elegant character, it begins with a rare ‘chocolate malt’ spirit made just once a year. This is married with whiskies from bourbon casks, sherry casks and virgin charred oak, along with some of the oldest whiskies in Glenmorangie’s stocks, giving extraordinary maturity and depth. Signet is presented at a robust 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered to preserve the full spectrum of its flavour.
Expect a velvet explosion of bitter mocha, sizzling spice and waves of dark chocolate, mellowed by smooth butterscotch.
