The Grand Vintage Malt 1998 is the eighth release in Glenmorangie’s Bond House No. 1 Collection. A parcel of Dr Bill Lumsden’s early experimental spirit, distilled in the year he became Director of Whisky Creation, it was aged for 23 years in new charred oak casks, among the first Glenmorangie ever matured this way. The result is a spicy, vibrant single malt with an amber glow, perfect for enjoying neat or with a splash of water.
