Nose: full and rich in aromas with an excellent balance, the aromas develop slowly, especially sherry sweetness and malt – then fresh gingerbread and light aromas of dark chocolate, luscious fruit cake with lots of raisins – above all a soft spicinessTaste: soft, almost creamy in taste with soft, spicy notes of cardamom, aniseed and cloves, then again the ripe fruits and raisins – there is a warm, soft honey tone over everythingFinish: long, warming finish – very soft again the spicy tones and the sweet sherry.
