Nose:Lovely and luscious, with malted milk biscuits, piles of chopped dates and raisins, and some wildflowers.Just a hint of cinnamon.Palate: More of the malty note, but this time there’s stroopwafel too. Then more dried fruits, and brioche bread and butter pudding. Finish:The cinnamon notes return on the finish, with a little nuttiness lingering.
