Aultmore 12 Year Old hails from one of Speyside’s best-kept secrets, a distillery near Keith in an area known locally as “The Foggie Moss.” Aultmore has long been prized by blending houses as a top-class malt, and this 12 year old was unveiled in 2014 as part of the Last Great Malts range from John Dewar and Sons.
This whisky showcases the distillery’s delicate, grassy house style. At 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and presented at natural colour, every drop preserves the spirit’s full character, with vanilla, honey and citrus balanced by a touch of grassiness.
