The Arran 10 Year Old Barley Batch 001 marks the debut of the distillery’s annual Arran Barley series, a project over ten years in the making. Distilled from Optic barley grown at Bellevue Farm on the Isle of Arran, this expression is a celebration of the island’s terroir and a collaboration with local farmers. The spirit was matured for a full decade in a balanced selection of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and second-fill ex-sherry hogsheads, and is bottled at 50% ABV. This limited release is one of the most distinctive examples of premium whisky in South Africa.
