This complex Champagne is composed of a third of Chardonnay, a third of Pinot Meunier and a third of Pinot Noir. The wines only come from plots classified as Premier Cru, such as Ludes or Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, or as Grand Cru like Avize, Cramant or Oger. This Champagne offers rich and floral sensations to the nose, a combination of the three grape varieties. To the palate, this champagne is very fruity and then discloses great notes of brioche bread
