Nose: Quite light and floral with pronounced citrus and soft fruit notes. Apricots, peaches and red berries.Palate: Very soft in the mouth but retains a lemon note, that turns to baked peach in syrup shot through with spicy pepper.Finish: This is where the spice notes come more to the fore but its all very light and restrained.
