Description
A bold single malt with the intense aromatic smokiness from the local hobbister moor peat with hints of warm fruit cake which come from a long maturation in sherry seasoned oak casks. Highland Park Dragon Legend shows the strongest side of the island distillery. The Single Malt is particularly intense and smoky. Dragons were feared and at the same time revered by the Vikings. According to legend, the warrior Sigurd received magical powers by defeating one of these mythical creatures.
