With the release of this bourbon barrel, sherry butt and madeira cask aged whiskey, Mitchell & Son complete the revival of a 50-year-old and nearly forgotten series. The last time a Blue Spot whiskey was bottled goes back to 1964. No man had even set foot on the moon back then. The colors refer to the way whiskey casks were marked back in the day. The Blue Spot 7 Years Old Cask Strength Whiskey was only released in Ireland, the UK, France and Canada.
